the Snake – 2013
Snakes and Dragons are looking at another fantastic year as we
enter Snake Year. Snake Year follows Dragon Year and they are in mutual
resonance with #1 compatibility.
Snakes, to use Plato’s term, will be “attacked by Fortune.” Those
born in Years compatible with Snake will have very good or great years also.
These are the signs whose compatibility is 1 or 2 below – Ox, Dragon, Rooster,
and Rabbit.

the term my Dragon Japanese girlfriend used about them, and it could be applied
to the Snakes compatible signs Rooster and Ox also. She also used
to say wherever there is a lot of money look around for a snake person.

I’ve never been involved with any Snake people as the 1941’s were too old for me and the 1953s I never hit it off with mostly due to my seeming lack of money - even where there have been other compatibilities. Snakes hold out for, and sacrifice themselves for, the money.
I did meet up with a 1953 Snake Oriental Doctor a few years ago. We had a lot in common especially sports activities AND she had some planets in Virgo on mine but she was stuck on money. She was the widow of a American contractor type who had died in a scuba accident in Hawaii. He was older and a typical out of shape American type - the doctor usually wins her age group in the LA Marathon every year. In her practice she tells some clients they can’t afford her and discourages them from treatment. This Chinese woman’s first husband died coming back down after summiting Everest, from the Chinese side. I offered to take her to Everest from the Chinese side so she could see where her husband had expired. So, I don’t know too much about Snakes due to their berserker attitudes about money – and mine.

The Chinese animal year begins each Western year about 4
February - it does not begin at the Chinese New Year. So, if you were born
before 4 February in any year your Chinese animal year is the sign before.

first day of the animal year is different from the Chinese New Year Day. The
animal year starts on the first day of the Tiger month. Tiger month begins from
the day when Sun enters ecliptic 315 degree position, which is around February

the animal month is solar month, not lunar month. This is why many people who
born in January or February confuse about their animal sign of birth year.
For Snakes:
There is no Romantic Star coming to Snake people in 2013.

There is taboo when a Snake meets another Snake from the
yearly cycle. That means the year of Snake won't be a good year for Snake
people. The sign of Chinese Horoscopes is that if a Snake is passing by a town
with a local Snake tyrant in charge. If Snake people can keep quiet, then they
will be safe and pass the town. If Snake people want to mess with or challenge
the tyrant, then trouble will come to them during their journey.
That means Snake people will be under somebody's territory.
Snake needs to pay in low-profile during 2013. Their people friendship, love
relationship, money management or job competition might encounter a certain
limitation during the Snake year. Also, one Injury Star arrives to
Snake people in 2013. Snake people shouldn't neglect the health and
safety of themselves. In short, Snake people should try not to make any
mistakes. Do not expect any major prosperity in year of Snake.
Career: Snake is an animal without limb. When they are fighting,
they use their mouths most. So the sign of Snake fighting is connected to
argument, shouting, libel etc. Since the people relationship is poor in 2013,
this will impact the career path in the working environment. The pressure from
the boss or troubles from customers will often come to you. You might have to
do extra work and spend extra time on your daily tasks. But if you follow the
direction of the wind, you can save your position. In short, you need to be
patient and not have any conflicts with people. Otherwise, it will become an

in 2013. But you don't have good people relationship in 2013. If you have a
good income opportunity, then your Snake enemy around you will come to steal
that money opportunity. Or your Snake friend might induce you a high return
investment, then ask your money for their gambling in business. Snake people
cannot be too greedy in 2013. You just need good money plan to maintain your

September and October can bring you better chances. If you are in love, then

Snake. Since it's hard for Snake people to result in a good love relationship

Health: There is no major bad sign in the health area in 2013.
But because of the pressure from career and money, Snake people may not have a
long-lasting good mood in 2013. which could impact your health. Therefore,
Snake people need to focus on their health. They need enough sleep and rest.

Snakes to watch
Most 1929 Snakes are
getting ready to leave the planet. All 1929 Snakes are subject to severe
shocks as they have Pluto in Cancer and Uranus in Aries natally and these
positions will subjected to conjunct and square aspects from the transiting
Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn during this Snake period. See my blog

Note - is takes the planet Uranus 84 years to transit the
entire zodiac so EVERYONE experiences a Uranus return when they are 84 years
old or thereabouts.
1941 Snakes are
turning 72.

One particularly interesting set of 1941 Snakes is those
born around 6 May thru 8 May 1941 as they have SIX planets in Taurus – Sun,
Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus – and Mars squaring Uranus from
Aquarius. The few I have known have ALL had huge fights over money causing
Supreme Court cases, arrest and imprisonment, and family dissolutions.
I introduced one friend of mine born 8 May 1941 to a nice
woman, albeit with problems I did not know about. Unbeknownst to me my friend
was still on probation for a felony for threatening his ex-wife’s lawyer during
their contentious divorce. The new girlfriend gets pissed at my friend and
calls up the cops who come and search thru the garage of the condo my friend
rented finding a knife of the landlord. They put my friend of 8 May 1941 in
jail for probation violation. My friend gets his brother to get money out of
his numbered Swiss bank account to pay a lawyer to spring him. I take the bus
to Santa Ana to the Orange County [CA] jail and apologize to my friend for
introducing him the woman. My friend gets sprung from jail and all seems well.
A month later I take a long bike ride to Cook’s Corners the motorcycle place in
Trabuco Canyon. There’s my friend and THAT WOMAN [Helena Rubenstein’s term for
Charles Revson was THAT MAN] sitting around having ridden up on my friend’s
Harley. A week later he’s BACK IN JAIL. The woman refused to give my friend
back the 5 ct. diamond engagement ring!
I pretty much avoided my friend after that except he came to
me and wanted me to guide him on a trip-of-a-lifetime and to get away from it
all and recover. I laid out an adventurous but safely do-able itinerary that
you could write a book about - Australia, Bali, India, Ladakh, Kashgar, China,
Tibet, Nepal, Thailand. Super cheap, 1 star, 0 star, trains and busses. My
friend cops out and takes some Catholic sponsored group trip to Calcutta where
he stays at Mother Teresa’s for a few months on the cheap washing clothes or
some crap and comes back and gives me a St Francis blessed by MT. BFD. He
apologized for not being able to take the trip. Money maniacs.

The 1953s are turning 60.
1965 Snakes
I have had a couple of relationships with ‘65s when I was
younger in my 40’s and 50’s. I have problems with people born from 1962 through
1966 as they have Pluto in their horoscopes on my Sun at 14 degrees Virgo.
1977
My daughter is a 1977 Snake. Just had fraternal twin Dragon daughters
in 9/2012. She stays away from me as I am too rambunctious, too many money
issues seemingly, and because the old family separations are too much for her
sensitive Snake personality. It’s tough when Dad disappears for months and then
you get a postcard from him from India.

1947 – You know who you are! 1947 Pigs have Neptune in the
first decant [ten degrees] of Libra which will be aggressively aspected by
Uranus and Pluto during this Snake Year. This augers being a VERY tough year
for these Pigs.
1959 -
1971 – 1971 Pigs have Uranus in Libra natally but aspects to
Uranus and Pluto won’t kick in until 2014 and then only for Pigs born near the
beginning of the year – February and March of 1971.
