Brief explanation: The line representing Pluto transiting
the zodiac begins at the 09 on the left and waves back and forth over the USA’s
Sun, represented by the faint pink horizontal line with the O legend on the right.
Each crossing represents an aspect with the USA’s Sun. These interactions
continue until about the third Quarter of 2015. As it takes 256 years for Pluto
to transit the entire zodiac it, therefore, makes a hard [90 degree] aspect to
the USA’s Sun every 256/4 or roughly 64 years and an identical aspect, opposing
the Sun from Capricorn, about 256 years ago. The last Pluto in Capricorn
opposing the USA’s Sun was in 1768, with successive hard aspects in 1835, 1925,
1977, and now 2013-2015.

15 Dec 2014 – UR/PL @ 12/35 Aries/Cap
USA – Problems
continue from the April 2014 hit directly on the US’s Sun. Expect much more on
the financial front with “other people’s money” being strongly involved as the
UR/PL square will oppose and square the US’s Sun in the 8th house of
other people’s money. The tenth house of power is also severely afflicted. Expect US prestige and power to dwindle or
perhaps take a precipitous hit in the financial area as I’ve noted in the
large scale previous prediction.
The US also has
significant other transits going on during this time which as I’ve preciously
noted have the possibility of causing problems with housing and food supply. I am unable to say forcefully enough the
multiple difficultly transformative aspects confronting the USA. A BOAKYAGB if
there was ever one!

State of CA - communication
difficulties possibly caused by fire. Note that in 2018 Uranus will come to conjunct CA’s natal UR/PL conjunction in
the 6th house. Explosions!
Tzipi Livni –
UR/PL square directly aspecting her Cancer Sun [using 5 am birthtime]. I
predict a BOAKYAGB. Time of birth unknown [at this time]. Consider problems
with the bodily fluids and other Cancerian issues of excess, such as chicken
livers and all the attendant hormones and antibiotics. YUCK. She looks like
she’s aging poorly.
Update 12/3/14 Livni got fired as Justice Minister in Netanyahu’s
administration and may have trouble in the next election. She MAY have problems
coming up with one or more of her sons.
BloodMoon1 –
There was a Full Moon and Lunar eclipse on 15 April 2014. The horoscope for
that event will be re-activated as UR/PL squares and opposes the BloodMoon1’s
Jupiter.
Queen Elizabeth, Alan
Greenspan – and others born from late 1923 thru about the 2nd
quarter of Tiger Year 1926 have the UR/PL square squaring and opposing, respectively,
their natal Pluto in Cancer.
Sir Alan – My
personal wish is for Sir Alan, knighted by his astrological counterpart, Regina
Elizabeth, to have an annus horribilis. Although
his exact time of birth is unknown he likely will not be able to apprehend the
damage he has done to the US economy by his long chairmanship of the Federal
Reserve Bank due to his extreme self-centerness and, frankly, his long-term
dementia that appears to have begun with some kind of problem in 1996. Note
this is when the US economy began to become bubbleacious – going from extreme
to extreme in successive asset classes. November and December 2014 will be
TOUGH for SA.

putting out the fire, but on cleaning up afterward? Different, if you're
polite. Insane, if you're us. For
Mr. Greenspan, in the course of delivering a glowing tribute to himself before
a meeting of the American Economic Association, proudly enunciated the monetary
equivalent of that aberrant fire-fighting technique. More specifically, he
trumpeted the great virtue of passively
watching a stock bubble grow bigger and bigger and bigger until it bursts –
but making sure you have enough palliatives on hand to ease the pain.
Regina Elizabeth – Pluto Cancer in 6th
house. Health issues. Possible separation issues October 2014 [Saturn in
Scorpio at the mid-heaven] despite the new twins on the way. Could be Prince Whatchamacallit.
Michele Obama - I
can’t say too much as we have a tough aspect between our horoscopes and I do
not trust her. Possible issues regarding siblings, communications. Time of
birth unknown. Possible just plain old ‘bad luck’, if she’s lucky. There’s a
lot unsaid here. Think bloggers getting sued, etc. Watch the news, or the
National Enquirer for yourself.
Jennifer Lawrence – Neptune
in CP in 11th house “There is no such thing as bad publicity.”
Could take a financial hit and her public appearance could be transformed. I’m
not certain what the attraction of her nude photos is – she probably looks much
better dressed.
Dalai Lama – Sun
rising in Cancer in First House UR/PL opposes and squares his 12CA56 Sun.
Expect severely transforming experiences. Saturn and Jupiter in a grand trine
to the Sun so nothing bad can happen. Hiranyaloka will be lovely.
Michael Milken - Health
should always be a transformational concern for this felon who has tried
several times to “get” a pardon.

1930 birth. Likely being targeted by the US government financially.
Mark Getty – exact
time unknown [by us astrologers] his Saturn gets whacked – breaking of
structures.

energy from 7/11/1991 is re-activated.
Los Angeles
incorporation – LA’s Sun/Moon square is hit directly. With 10 am founding time Sun
in 10th house, Moon in 7th. At a minimum the Valley
will succeed OR the City could be split in half by an earthquake. You want it

– Paramahansajii’s Sun in 5th house exactly conjuncts LA’s Moon
at 15CP35 [if LA incorporation was at 10 am], hence the strong affinity.
Although long dead expect the ghost [or more] of Paramahansajii to arise. Could
just be the earthquake retrofit on Mt. Washington is complete.
Arianna Huffington – Mars
conjunct Neptune in 11th house, Pluto in the 2nd, Uranus
in 5th. One of her kids/money. Mike COULD come out as straight?
Netanyahu – A
wake up call of some kind but unlikely to get him out of his ‘not knowing he
doesn’t know’ state. Same goes for Israel as a whole. Hard to wake up these
architects and implementers of incremental genocide. His public prestige likely
to take a whack regardless of all the denial going on. How much worse can it
get if the head of the UN rebukes him?

– Mars 15 LI 5th house, time exact. Ah Maria. She NEEDS Arnie
around to act out her dark side which she denies. Her Leo Moon, conjunct
Arnie’s Leo Sun, demands DRAMA and it will create it if it has to. Has a natal Sun/Moon
square and appears to not be in touch with her own deep issues of male/female
separation. Upcoming UR/PL aspect will probably be about her kids – one or more
of them, and possibly what used to be called a “love affair.” Arnold,
hardworking, ambitious immigrant kid married beneath himself into this
[Kennedy] family. Maria has a hugely transforming year coming up in 2015 as she
is a Goat in Oriental astrology. A dynamic but misguided and untrained
personality needs in-depth therapy of some sort. She abandoned her marriage way
before Arnold began chasing skirts.
BloodMoon2 10/8/2014
– The Sun of the BloodMoon of 10/08/14 will be re-activated.
USA – UR/PL
strongly aspecting the USA’s Saturn in the 10th house. More of the
separating, re-energization of the USA’s Sun/Saturn square. A TOUGH time. Expect the US to become
increasingly isolated in the world, alone and cold. This is Saturn square the
Sun – I know, I have it also. Additionally, Pluto by transit is opposing the USA’s
Sun.
Karl Rove – Rove’s
Moon in Cancer takes a hit and he may finally have to feel his feelings which
get subsumed by his Capricorn Sun, Venus, and Mercury in opposition. He denies
his strong deeply feeling nature and comes across as a hard ass. Maybe we’ll
get to see him cry on TV. His affinity with Baby Bush was a Sun/Mon conjunction
in Cancer.
David Cameron - This pretty boy’s facade will take a hit here.
Probably an outing of Cameron’s and Britain’s complicity in war crimes [and
worse] in the ‘war on terra’, likely revelation of Britain’s role in using
Diego Garcia for rendition flights and location of a secret prison [torture
chamber]. Could, at the outside, be a relationship issue here but it seems
logically unlikely as Sam appears to be “the good wife.” Some dark side in the
relationship sector, nevertheless. Adm. Wm. Fallon called David Petraeus an
“ass kissing little chicken shit” before DP became our caliph in Eye-rack. This
Libra pussy drama queen is more than Obomba’s poodle. If the tuches fits wear
it.

born with a natal conjunction of Uranus and Pluto in Virgo. All these will be
STRONGLY subject to the upcoming square of Uranus and Pluto during the next 3
years ESPECIALLY during the period of March 17, 2015 when the Ur/Pl square
comes exact. Overall the changes suffered by these nativities could be
considered positive as Pluto will be in Capricorn, harmonious to the Virgo
placement of Uranus and Pluto natally. BUT, with friends like Pluto who needs
enemies? Uranus during the square will be in Aries, quincunx Virgo.

Special note: My first unsolicited comment on this was
“dark.” DARK compared to what? The US bombing its 7th Muslim
nation in the past dozen years blowing away hundreds of civilians and children
all in the name of “fighting terrorism.” How F’ng DARK is it that the US has
seen fit to pick up citizens of their own country, in their own country and fly
them off to our allies like Egypt and Libya under Gadhafi, torture them and
them release them in the middle of the night in Albania, OR fly them off to
Guantanamo where we torture them some more. How DARK it is it our
“representatives” [no caps here] in congress spend 6 years and $40 million
taxpayer dollars on a report of CIA torture and then get sodomized by the CIA
into not releasing it.
How F’ing DARK will it be in America when the lights go out?

A friend emailed me and asked me to explain this a little
better "as though I were a Golden Retriever."

Someone asked me "is something bad going to happen to
me?" The point to understand about transits like this is
that it means [I think] that the lives of the people noted will be greatly
energized and SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN. Was it "bad" that Soon-Yi
began sleeping with and then married Woody Allen when Allen was
in a relationship with her mother [by adoption]?
Who knows. All I'm suggesting here is that the astrology of
the immediate future suggests that SOMETHING will happen in Soon-Yi's life
soon.
One client on the December list above is facing
a balloon payment on her loan on a 500 acre ranch in
$$$ California and can't get a loan. In the past few days a horse racing
track in her area closed and told all the horse people they had to leave, with
their horses. they called up the client and asked if they could keep the horses
there at her ranch. Sure! AND she's building them a racetrack on her
property for training along with all the paddocks and barns also!
The Planet Pluto is the great redresser - it causes
repressed energies to emerge, good or BAD. To some
degree anything repressed is "bad." As humans we tend to
view all change, especially that over which we have little or no control, as
"BAD." The impetus for change comes from within us. To quote Karl
Jung, "That which we do not bring to consciousness appears in
our lives as Fate."
THUS, the changes confronting Netanyahu, to use an
easy example, will be conventionally viewed as "BAD" because
much of his, and Israel's life is repressed, and demands expression and the
long repressed energy will be [could be] shocking. The same goes for the
USA which is carrying a lot of repressed energy. I suggest it received a severe
shock at the April 14th Ur/Pl transit square AND will receive more
at these next two. Place your bets! Eternal wealth representations such as gold
and silver or paper Federal Reserve Notes? Yuan or dollars. Step right up!
